The Eze-Sleever® is a relatively new product that has been developed over the past decade. It is destined to change the way repair shops machine their bell housings. You will save dollars and your shop hours in repairing bell housings through the use of the Eze-Sleever® and Eze-Sleeves®.

This machine requires no special skills to operate. All that is required is a knowledge of measuring skills using inside micrometers or bore gauges. The machine is simple enough to operate, that many are boring their first bell housing within the first hour.

The machine is capable of sleeving a bell housing from 12″ to 36″ in diameter (250 lbs. maximum). It will bore a bearing seat from 2.28″ (58 mm) to 9.41” (239 mm) in diameter as well as up to 3.94″ (100 mm) deep. Special tooling is available for bores as small as 1.18″ (30 mm) up to 10.27″ (261 mm) in diameter.

Set up time for all bell housings regardless of size is 2 minutes max. After this the housing is ready to machine.

The Eze-Sleever® is equipped with digital readout for setting of boring diameters. This enables the operator to easily and accurately set the boring head to within ±0.0001″ (±0.0025 mm)

The Eze-Sleever® is a line boring machine which means that all your bearing bores will be taper free, a problem that is common with traditional machining methods.
