Upon die design completion; our skilled Tool & Die Makers will build your tools with the utmost precision. We will build each individual piece in-house with our Mazak CNC’s, Snow grinder, Jiten E.D.M., as well as many special pieces of machining equipment. We also have state of the art polishing equipment and expertise.
Let our in-house die casting personnel set-up your new mold in our Zitai 500T (metric ton) Die Cast Machine or our 650T H.P.M. Plastic Injection Machine. We offer prototyping and production of your parts in a single or multicavity design. Regular maintenance of your die is another feature we can offer between runs.
